On our Website you can book your tickets at the latest one day before your travel date. If you contact our local offices, you can book your ticket to any time.

On our ferries your luggage get stored on deck and covered with a tarp to protect it from the seawater. Depending on the workload, your luggage can also get stored in our luggage room. Both areas are 24/7 protect with CCTV. Please mind to keep important items always with you, after your luggage get stored it might be hard to access it.

If you traveling with a bus or train, you using one of our Joint Tickets.
Please Note! Songserm do not have own busses, we are cooperating with several bus companies to provide our customers all those connections. Please always take care of your valuable belongings, whether you travel with bus or train. If you notice you missing something after traveling with one of our Joint Tickets, please do not hesitate to contact us! We will get in contact with the Bus or Train and try our best to help you.
However, if you buy your Tickets from any tourist agency around Thailand please mind that those agencies are might just reselling our ferry tickets and using their own transportation to bring you to our ferries.

We have special Children prices available for children between 3 - 8 years (half price) (Infant under 3 years are free of charge)

We offer a real time service and aim to operate our boats to be on time all the time. Of course there are always a possibility of bad weather circumstances. In that case we always keep our passengers up to date.

The transfer to the pier take around 1,5 hours.

At the moment we don’t offer transfer service from Chumphon Airport to the pier because there is no airline that catch up with our ferry schedule.

We allow maximum 20 kg. per luggage per person excesses charge 20 THB per kg. (Not over 30 kg/luggage).

If you miss your ferry or not show up we can’t refund your ticket.

There is no problem to bring your Bicycle with you on our ferries, as there are different costs depending on your route, please contact our offices, write us an email or contact us via our chat support system on the website.

Our ferries are registered as passenger transport and we are not allowed to carry motorcycles. Please contact us via Email or use our chat support system on our website. Our staff will help you to find the local service for you.

Yes, you can bring your dog with you. If you do so, please notice that because of health regulations we can allow your dog to be on deck only and not inside the boat with air condition.
